What is Plenti?

Plenti is a rewards program that lets members earn points at one place and use them at another. As of November 1, 2017, AT&T is no longer participating in Plenti and you can no longer earn or use Plenti points with AT&T. However, points can still be earned and used at participating Plenti partners BI-LO, Chili's, Exxon, Harveys, Macy's, Mobile, Rite Aid, and Winn-Dixie.

When do I see Plenti points after I complete a qualified activation or purchase at AT&T?

Plenti points earned on AT&T qualified transactions will generally be displayed in the Plenti points activity page at Plenti.com within 5 days of the transaction. Plenti points may be held in a pending status for up to 45 days. During this time, you'll see them in your points activity as "pending." You will be able to use these points when their status has been changed to "added" in your account.

Where do I see my Plenti points balance and Plenti points activity?

You will see your Plenti points balance and Plenti points activity for your account at Plenti.com. Make sure to log in with your Plenti email and password that were created when you finished signing up for Plenti. You can also see your Plenti points balance and activity by downloading the Plenti mobile app for iOS and Android devices by going to att.com/plenti/app.

How do I use Plenti points?

Once you have finished signing up at Plenti.com and you have a balance of at least 200 points, you can use points for savings at checkout with certain Plenti partners. Points may be used at participating Plenti partners BI-LO, Chili's, Exxon, Harveys, Macy's, Mobil, Rite Aid and Winn-Dixie. Go to Plenti.com to learn more about using points. For some redemptions, verification by Plenti may be required.

Do points expire?

Plenti points issued at least two years earlier will expire on December 31st of each year, provided that they were issued at least two years earlier. That means that members will have at least two years to use Plenti points. For example, if you earn points on October 1, 2015, those points will expire on December 31, 2017. AT&T is no longer participating in Plenti as of November 1, 2017. You can no longer earn or use Plenti points with AT&T. Points can still be earned and used at other Plenti partners.

What is AT&T's role?

AT&T was a participating partner in Plenti and presented methods to earn Plenti points with AT&T by purchasing eligible products and services. As of November 1, 2017, AT&T is no longer a participating Plenti partner. AT&T is not affiliated or in partnership with its operator or any other participating Plenti partner. Any reference to AT&T as a partner does not imply that AT&T is in a legal partnership.

How do I request a replacement Plenti card?

Lost Card

If a customer has a lost card they can now request a replacement card on the plenti.com website.

They can request a replacement by visiting plenti.com under My Account in either the Manage Account or Manage Card page, or contact Plenti at 855.PLENTI1 (855.753.6841)

Damaged Card

If the customer has a damaged card, they can request a new card, and they will receive a replacement with the same card number in the mail. They can request a replacement by visiting plenti.com under My Account in either the Manage Account or Manage Card page, or contact Plenti at 855.PLENTI1 (855.753.6841).

Stolen Card

If the customer believes their card was stolen or their account has been compromised, they can contact Plenti at 855.PLENTI1 (855.753.6841)

Activate Replacement Card Online

Customers can now activate a replacement card online instead of directly calling the call center.

Once the new card has been received in the mail, the customer can go to My Account: Manage Account or Manage Card, and can activate the card.

The customer will be prompted to enter the card number and activation code. Once completed, they will be able to earn and redeem points using their replacement card.

1Plenti Points for Purchases: Ends October 31, 2017. Provided by AT&T Mobility. AT&T consumer wireless postpaid customers can earn 1 Plenti point per $2 spent on eligible purchases at participating AT&T-owned locations. You must remain active and in good-standing with AT&T for 15 days after an eligible purchase to receive Plenti points for that purchase. If within 14 days you return your purchase, it will not be eligible to receive Plenti points. Eligible purchases: You must authenticate or login to your AT&T account that is linked to a Plenti card account number in order for the purchase tobe eligible. Eligible purchases include accessories, devices, and other products sold at participating locations. You will earn points only for the amount paid at the time of purchase exclusive of taxes, fees, shipping charges and charges added to your wireless bill. Linking: To earn Plenti points, an authorized user must link an active Plenti card account number to an eligible AT&T postpaid consumer wireless account by September 28, 2017. Exclusions: Excludes gift cards, prepaid refill cards, taxes, fees, surcharges, shipping charges, bill payments and items that are added toyour bill such as device installment payments (AT&T Next and tablet) and service charges. 2Plenti Points for Wireless/TV/Internet Services: Ends October 31, 2017. AT&T consumer wireless postpaid customers can earn 50 Plenti points per month for each eligible line of wireless service (up to 6 lines), 100 Plenti points per month for eligible consumer AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet service, and 100 Plenti points per month for eligible consumer DIRECTV or U-verse TV service. Eligibility Requirements: Your postpaid consumer wireless account that is linked to your Plenti card account number by September 28, 2017 must be currently enrolled in AutoPay and Paperless billing, and in good standing by the tenth day of the month to start earning points each month. To receive points for your consumer AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and DIRECTV or U-verse TV accounts, you must have at least one wireless account in good standing that is linked to your Plenti card account number by September 28, 2017 and enrolled in AutoPay (Auto Bill Pay for DIRECTV customers) and Paperless billing, and your AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and DIRECTV or U-verse TV accounts must also be enrolled in AutoPayand Paperless billing and be in good standing as of the tenth day of the month to start earning each month. In addition, if your AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and DIRECTV or U-verse TV bills are not combined with your AT&T consumer wireless service bill, then the AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and TV account(s) must have the same last name and service address as the consumer wireless account in order to qualify to receive Plenti points for those accounts.
