OnePlus 7TPro service issues

Must mean that 3g shutdown has completed in your area as of yesterday. Unfortunately, the OnePlus 7T Pro [McLaren] is not on the whitelist of acceptable phones and it will not do LTE/VoLTE calls. https://www.att.com/idpassets/images/support/pdf/Devices-Working-on-ATT-Network.pdf

Apple watch 7 won’t connect to cellular

Hi all,  we see this is getting a lot of views.    Try the following: Go to your myAT&T account overview. Scroll to My devices. Choose Manage for the device that needs a new eSIM. Scroll to Options & settings and select Get a new eSIM. Confirm your selection to Get a new eSIM. Follow the prompts to complete your eSIM setup. You can also try power cycliing your devices.    If you using AT&T Number Sync to connect your devices together on the cellular network?  You'll need to make sure you've followed the correct activation steps for connecting your devices: Go to the Watch app on your iPhone and follow the prompts to start pairing. Select Cellular and then Set up Cellular. If you don't have a plan for your watch, you'll be prompted to select one. Be sure you have the AT&T user ID and password for the iPhone number you're using.  Make sure to check the box and read the Important Information for Number Sync on the 911 screen. Select Verify address.  Follow the prompts to complete your watch setup. - The AT&T Community.

Can't make or receive calls as of March 7th, 2022

We want you to be able to use your service, @jjcoker1! Let's help you to get back connected.   We want to advise that as of February 22, 2022, AT&T phased out 3G network. This will enable us to better accommodate next generation technologies and services.   If your phone isn't found among those supported unlocked devices then you will want to follow the instructions under the DETAILED INFO at Act now - 3G is gone.   Upgrade your AT&T Wireless device   Talk and data services will only work for AT&T Wireless phones and devices that support at least 4G LTE and HD Voice. Here’s how you can replace your device: Upgrade your device online. Make an appointment at one of our stores. Swap to a different compatible device. Don’t want to replace your phone? Make sure you cancel any lines you don't use.   Upgrade your AT&T PREPAID device   Talk and data services will only work for AT&T PREPAID wireless phones and devices that support at least 4G LTE and HD Voice. Here’s how to upgrade an AT&T PREPAID device: Visit one of our stores to get a new phone. Place your SIM card into the new phone. (If your SIM card doesn’t fit, get a new SIM card kit from our store.) Sign in to AT&T PREPAID. Select My Device, then Update Device. Follow the prompts to update your IMEI or SIM card number. Have session-based pricing for a data-only device? Your data-only device will only work if it supports 4G LTE speeds and higher.   Also, when it comes to unlocked phones, or Bring Your Own Devices (BYOD), only HD voice phones that work with our network can be activated. AT&T can't guarantee that BYODs will be compatible with all AT&T services.   What's more, it's possible to experience different levels of coverage and data speed, depending on the device's supported frequency bands. Customers still using a 3G dependent device will need to upgrade to a supported device.   We hope this information helps. If you still need assistance please let us know.   Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.   Lar, AT&T Community Specialist
