OnePlus 7TPro service issues

Must mean that 3g shutdown has completed in your area as of yesterday. Unfortunately, the OnePlus 7T Pro [McLaren] is not on the whitelist of acceptable phones and it will not do LTE/VoLTE calls. https://www.att.com/idpassets/images/support/pdf/Devices-Working-on-ATT-Network.pdf

Samsung Galaxy S9 (G960U) Unable to Make or Receive Calls but Able to Make and Receive Texts

I found the answer after some more digging. The device was running a Service Provider Software Version ending with the wrong CSC codes. I did some more research and according to Samsung's website as long as the phone is unlocked it should automatically update to the right CSC code unless "Android for Work (AFW), Device Owner (DO), or Profile Owner (PO) mode is activated." (See the Restrictions listed here.) The phone has management software on it. All we had to do to fix it was remove the management software. Factory reset the device. Insert the At&t SIM with the device powered off. Power on the device. Restart the device again. Then the device behaved properly, allowing us to make and receive calls. We then had to factory reset the device again (it's a necessary process to stick on the management software we are using) and then reenroll the device in the management software. It's a bit of a process, but it turns out that all of the issues were on our end, not on At&ts. Thanks for your help!

Will my Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pro phone work with AT&T in 2022?

No, it won’t work once 3G is shut down and to be honest, it shouldn’t be working now. How you got it working at all was likely a fluke. It has little to do with the technical specs, it’s whether ATT supports it for VoLTE and if it’s not on the list, they don’t.
