ICCID (most devices)
The ICCID is a 20-digit number printed on your SIM card. It may also be on the outside of your device or its packaging.
CSN (some Apple iPads)
The CSN has 32 alpha-numeric characters and is found by looking in Settings > General > About on your device. It serves as the serial number for your physical uSIM card.
EID (Apple wearables)
The EID for a device can be found in 3 places.
- On the box that the Watch came in. The number is a 32-character number, starting with 89.
- From the iPhone Watch application:
- The Apple Watch (Cellular) must be paired with an iPhone.
- From the iPhone open the Watch application.
- Find the General menu choice.
- Press About.
- Scroll to EID. Press next to EID.
- EID Number is displayed.
- From the Watch:
- The Apple Watch (Cellular) must be paired with an iPhone.
- Press the crown.
- Choose the Settings icon.
- Choose General.
- Choose About.
- Scroll to EID.
- EID number is displayed.
EID (non-wearables)
Your device EID can be found in two places: 1) on the box the device came in, or 2) in the device settings.From the device:
- Locate and open the Settings.
- Choose General, then choose About.
- Scroll to EID, the EID number is displayed.
eSIM ICCID
The eSIM ICCID is a 20-digit number printed on your eSIM Activation Card.
