VoiceDial and VoiceInfo Terms and Conditions



VoiceDial and VoiceInfo will not function in all areas where service is available. Accuracy, availability and timeliness of the information are not guaranteed. As you use VoiceInfo, advertisements may be played and your phone number will be shared with Tellme Networks to personalize the service. Any information you voluntarily provide while using VoiceInfo will be governed by Tellme's policies. VoiceDial customers access VoiceInfo by saying "call VoiceInfo."

Calls using VoiceInfo and VoiceDial incur airtime or roaming charges according to your calling plan. Mobile to Mobile calls apply when both customers are AT&T wireless customers and the call for both customers is carried only over the AT&T network. Calls placed using VoiceDial will qualify for rating as a Mobile-to-Mobile call if included in your plan. Calls placed from VoiceDial may also incur long distance according to your calling plan. Recipients of a VoiceClip will be charged for text message charges in accordance with their wireless carrier and rate plan.

Only 10 or 11 digit numbers are accepted; you cannot use VoiceDial to call 3 digit numbers (e.g., 911, 611, 411). To dial 911 or other 3 digit numbers, end your VoiceDial session and dial directly from your phone. Customers may contact Customer Care by saying "Customer Care." International dialing and dialing to 700, 500, 900, 710, 600 and 976 numbers are not available. VoiceDial is not available to GoPhone Pay As You Go or Free2Go Wireless subscribers or to customers with a toll restrict feature. VoiceInfo is not available in Puerto Rico.

VoiceDial customers can store up to 2,000 names in the VoiceDial Address Book; 20 via the phone and the remaining via the Address Book online. You will be required to establish a password to access your VoiceDial Address Book online. A password will be required to access VoiceDial via the phone only if the password feature is turned on.

Calls placed using VoiceDial will qualify for rating as a Mobile-to-Mobile call, except for customers with TDMA phones. Recipients of a VoiceClip will be charged for text message charges in accordance with their wireless carrier and rate plan.
