Once you've placed your order online, visit Installation Central for helpful information. Let us walk you through your AT&T U‑verse® installation so you know what to do ahead of time and what you can expect on installation day.

If you are the kind of person who likes to figure things out for yourself, we'll try to make your AT&T U-verse self-installation process as easy as possible. If self-installation is one of the choices displayed during the ordering process, and you choose it, we will ship you a convenient Self-Installation Kit with all the hardware and directions you will need to be up and running very soon! Please note that if you have a monitored alarm, and are ordering AT&T U-verse Voice service, you will need a professional installation by an AT&T technician. Also, U-verse TV cannot be self-installed.

Home Phone

When you order Home Phone service from AT&T, the installation is taken care of in the AT&T Central Office or sometimes by a technician visiting your home.
