  • Understand basic iPhone features
  • Set up an iTunes® account via remote step-through assistance
  • Back up your iPhone data via iTunes
  • Add music to your iTunes library and sync with iPhone - includes demonstration of how to load music into iTunes and purchase music from iTunes Store
  • Create a playlist in iTunes and sync it to iPhone
  • Use MobileMe to keep your email, contacts, and calendars in sync on your iPhone and PC
  • Connect your iPhone to an existing home Wi-Fi network
