FREE express shipping*

Express delivery is typically next business day for orders placed Monday through Thursday prior to 4 p.m. CT. Orders placed after 4 p.m. CT on Thursday through Sunday are generally delivered on Monday. No deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

If you order an item that does not offer FREE express shipping, you may choose to upgrade to express shipping for an additional $14.95.

Free standard shipping for accessories

Take advantage of our FREE standard shipping for all accessory-only orders. The delivery time for these orders is generally 3 to 5 business days. And if you need to return an item, we’ll pay for that shipping too.

In-store pickup is available, in select markets, at no additional charge. Just select a nearby AT&T-owned retail store that has available inventory of eligible products when you submit your order. Stop by the store, enjoy in-store pickup and then let a representative help you activate your phone.

Orders will be processed and shipped subject to credit approval, inventory availability, and validation of a proper shipping address and other information. Orders received after 4 p.m. CST will be processed the next business day. Inventory, credit, or other issues may delay shipment. No holiday, Saturday, or Sunday processing or delivery.
