AT&T UNLIMITED PLAN: Not available in U.S. Virgin Islands. Eligibility: To be eligible, must remain active and in good standing on residential DIRECTV or U-verse TV service ("TV") and the AT&T Unlimited Plan. New TV customers must meet TV service eligibility requirements within 60 days of wireless plan activation. Puerto Rico customers must agree to sharing of account information between DIRECTV and AT&T. Customers must meet all eligibility requirements within 60 days of wireless activation. Lost Eligibility: You will be removed automatically from the Unlimited Plan and switched to another plan if all eligibility requirements are not met. Current AT&T postpaid customers who have not added any new devices to the Unlimited Plan will be switched back to their old plan, if available. Customers who cannot be switched to their previous plan will be moved to a plan with 10GB of shareable data and overage charges of $15 per GB. Once moved, you can move to another currently available plan at any time. Data Restrictions: After 22GB of data usage on a line in a bill cycle, AT&T may slow the data on that line during periods of network congestion for the remainder of that bill cycle. Service & Pricing: Provides wireless service only and includes 1GB of non-shareable data per tablet per month. $10 per month plan charge applies for each 1GB. Tablets only. Once a device connects to your car’s hotspot, it can automatically reconnect and use your plan’s data unless the hotspot is removed from returning device settings or your hotspot password is changed.

ROAM NORTH AMERICA FEATURE: For eligible devices on an AT&T Unlimited Plan. Must add to each line separately. Data: allows domestic plan data usage in Mexico/Canada. Talk: Phones only. Includes calls within Mexico and Canada and from Mexico and Canada to the U.S., Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands (collectively with Mexico & Canada, the "North America Coverage Area"). You may be charged for calls to special or premium service numbers. Data Overage: If you exceed the amount of data in your plan or other allotments during your billing period, additional data automatically will be provided as specified in your plan terms. Unless otherwise specified, data allowances, including overages and Rollover Data, must be used in the billing period provided or they will be forfeited. ROLLOVER DATA: Available on Mobile Share Value and Mobile Share Advantage plans. Unused data from the monthly plan allowance rounds up to the nearest MB (megabyte) and carries over for one billing period. Rollover Data automatically expires after one billing period or with any plan change (such as changing data amounts or termination). Rollover Data is used after your monthly plan allowance. AT&T NEXT® OR AT&T NEXT EVERY YEAR℠: For smartphones only. Divides retail price into monthly installments. Requires 0% APR monthly installment agreement and eligible service. Tax due at sale. $0 down requires well-qualified credit or a 30% down-payment option is available. Pay more up front and the remainder of retail price is divided into 30 or 24 monthly installments. AT&T Next: 30-month agreement with trade-in to upgrade when 80% of retail price is paid off. AT&T Next Every Year: 24-month agreement with trade-in to upgrade when 50% of retail price is paid off. Wireless Home Phone and Internet (“WHPI”): is a CMRS & mobile broadband Internet access service. Eligible plan required. WHP & WHPI General: Messaging excluded. For emergency calls, provide location to 911 operator. Devices have backup battery but landline equip. with separate power will not place/receive calls (including 911) during outage. GENERAL WIRELESS SERVICE TERMS: Subject to Wireless Customer Agreement found at att.com/wca or, for business customers, the applicable Business Agreement. Service is not for resale.
