Mobile Share Value Promotional plans: Limited-time offer. Must sign up for these promotional plans. Available in select stores and at att.com on August 15, 2015. Discounted access charge: Access charges for smartphone lines on No Annual Service Contracts (AT&T Next, bring your own, pay full price, or month-to-month) are discounted up to $25 per month when compared to smartphone lines on new 2-year contracts. Savings will be $15 or $25 per smartphone line based on your plan. Customers with smartphones on 2-year contracts that started in or prior to March 2014 may also be eligible for these savings. Loss of discount with plan change: If you change your rate plan and are currently receiving a discounted access charge, your discount may change or be lost. Data overage: If you exceed the amount of data in your plan (including available Rollover Data^SM) during your billing period, additional data will automatically be provided in increments of 300MB at $20 per 300MB on a 300MB plan, or 1GB at $15 per GB on the other plans shown above. Unless otherwise specified, data allowances, including overages and Rollover Data, must be used in the billing period provided or they will be forfeited. Device limits: 10 per plan for consumers and Individual Responsibility Users. Limit on number of financed devices per account applies.

2 Rollover Data for Mobile Share Value plans: Unused data from the monthly plan allowance rounds up to the nearest MB and carries over for one billing period. Unused Rollover Data automatically expires after one billing period or with any plan change (such as changing data amounts or termination). Unused overage data does not roll over. Rollover Data is always consumed last, after your other data allowances. Unused Rollover Data is not redeemable for cash or credit and is not transferable including to other Mobile Share Value groups on your account. AT&T Next options: AT&T Next has the following 0% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) installment agreement options: (1) AT&T Next 24 requires a 30-month agreement and allows you to trade in and upgrade after 24 installments; (2) AT&T Next 18 requires a 24-month agreement and allows you to trade in and upgrade after 18 installments: (3) AT&T Next 12 requires a 20-month agreement and allows you to trade in and upgrade after 12 installments; and, (4) AT&T Next with down payment requires 30% down payment and a 28-month agreement and allows you to trade in and upgrade after 12 installments.

Example: A smartphone with a regular price of $825.99 will be (1) $27.54 per month for 30 months on AT&T Next 24; (2) $34.42 per month for 24 months on AT&T Next 18; (3) $41.30 per month for 20 months on AT&T Next 12; and (4) $247.80 down and $20.65 per month for 28 months on AT&T Next with down payment.
