What happens next
You’ll be mailed your AT&T Promotion Visa® Prepaid card within 4-6 weeks after you’ve completed all eligibility requirements, including keeping your account in good standing for 30 days. This means that you should receive your Visa Prepaid card 10-12 weeks after you first switched to AT&T.
Note: The value of your AT&T Promotion Visa Prepaid Card (up to $650) is based on the amounts of the Early Termination Fee or device payment plan balance reflected in your termination / cancellation fees from your previous carrier minus the Trade-in Program value of your current smartphone.
