How do I keep my current phone number with GoPhone Wireless Home Phone service?
If you haven’t previously requested to port your current phone number when you activated your service, just call 1-800-901-9878 from an active phone or cell phone and follow the prompts. You’ll be connected to a Customer Service representative to complete the transfer of your existing phone number.
Transferring your current landline phone number can take up to five days or more. Outgoing calls can be made immediately, while incoming calls will continue through your old service until the transfer is complete.
How do I keep my GoPhone Wireless Home Phone service active?
To keep your service active, you must have enough money in your GoPhone Wireless Home Phone account to renew your rate plan every 30 days. If your account balance isn’t enough to renew your rate plan, you won’t be able to use your rate plan services. Call 611 or 1-800-901-9878 to hear your balance and get information on how to set up Auto Refill or add money to your account.
What about credit on GoPhone Wireless Home Phone device?
The GoPhone Wireless Home Phone device purchased through AT&T is returnable for credit within 14 days of purchase. Funds deposited into a GoPhone Wireless Home Phone account are not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit during or after the 14-day return period. Refill cards, PINs, or other funds are not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit.
What if I need to call 911?
E911 services are supported just as they are on any wireless device. There are differences between E911 supported by GoPhone Wireless Home Phone and landline phone services. You should expect to provide your home address to the emergency response center responsible for sending first responders (e.g., police, medical assistance, or fire) to your location. Also, in case of a power outage, you'll need a home phone that doesn't require your home's electrical power to function with the backup battery for all calling including 911. GoPhone Wireless Home Phone has a backup battery with talk time of up to 3.5 hours.
Are there any 911 charges?
Depending upon the state or jurisdiction where you’ve set up your GoPhone Wireless Home Phone service, charges to support E911 may be assessed. See E911 charges for more information.

Dial 1 on any home phone connected to the GoPhone Wireless Home Phone device and wait four seconds to connect to your AT&T wireless voicemail. Follow the voice prompts to create a password and record your name and greeting. After completing the setup process, you’ll be able to receive voicemail.
How do I retrieve my voicemail messages?

How do I retrieve voicemail messages from a phone that’s not associated with the device?
Dial the phone number connected to your GoPhone Wireless Home Phone service. When call goes to voicemail, press the star (*) key. Enter your password after the prompt, then follow the prompts to listen to and manage your voicemail messages.

What services aren’t compatible with GoPhone Wireless Home Phone?
This service may not be compatible with all services, including some home security systems, fax machines, dial-up Internet service, DVR services, medical alert services (e.g., Life Alert), or credit card machines. The service cannot be used to make 500, 700, 900, 976, 0+ collect, operator-assisted, or dial-around calls (e.g., 1010-XXXX.). Data and messaging (text or MMS) are not supported. Only voice calling is supported.
