    BAIT & SWITCH (1 star because I can't give zero)

    After my 3rd trip to this location absolutely nothing was done OR offered to do with their "bait and switch" tactic on our phone purchase. We chose a phone in the store and the salesperson took it upon himself to sell us the Ultra version which is NOT on display. When questioned on the day of the sale, we were told that there must be a mistake on the sign. We were told about what our monthly bill would be (no paperwork printed to review with salesperson) and we were NOT asked to sign anything. As a matter of fact we were not given any paperwork when we left the store (except for the receipts for each of our old phones that were turned in). 2 days later I go in and question the $280 bill which is close to $100 more than we were told by the salesperson. I questioned the cost of the phones again and showed the salesperson the phone we chose and the price tag. He then informed me we got the Ultra version which is $200 more. That is NOT the one we looked at or asked for and we would have no way of knowing that he sold us the more expensive version. I called customer service to discuss the charges on our bill, as the phone rep reviewed each line there were charges that were not discussed with us on the day of purchase. Today (September 17) I go back to the store (45 minutes one way) to talk with the manager and salesman about the misrepresentation on what the new charges on the bill would be. The manager backs away and lets the salesman handle it. I brought up the BAIT and SWITCH on the phone and neither wanted to address it. After 3 trips to this store I feel this NEEDS to be corrected! BAIT and SWITCH is NOT acceptable!

    The reason for my phone replacement as there was a problem with my phone telling me that the internal storage was full. I deleted everything the phone told me would help free up space and it was still full. NOT once did anyone recommend sending it out for service (I pay for the insurance), but once the new phones were up and running and reset my old phone "ta-da" internal storage problem fixed! Didn't even need this new phone and out of control bill! So NO I will NOT be recommending AT&T after having been a life long customer! Now, do the right thing and credit the "BAIT & SWITCH" difference of $200 per phone (2) (plus taxes paid)!

    Hoping for more than an automated response! Last response stated that "We want to make it right", but the email response was all I got!

    Brandon is amazing! He was patient, kind, professional,and knowledgeable. I visited this store several times with my problematic phone. He studied my phone, tried several ways to repair my issues of dropped calls and voice cutting out on most calls. Brandon advised me to try his options before advising me to request a new phone since it was still under warranty. He is knowledgeable of the phone, the steps att will ask me to go through, and finally gave me the att customer loyalty #. After receiving my new phone he set it up for me and patiently assisted me with deleting all of my personal information from my old phone. He even helped me pack up the old phone for shipping! He advised me to check on possibility of buying insurance and what store to visit for that. I was happy and confident with his expert service. Thank you Brandon!

    Online order, received notification of order ready, store closing time 8pm showed up at 710Pm store is closed. What’s waste of time

    We just left the store after a 2.5 hour wait...never got service because there were only two employees and one of them (tall slender guy) spent all that time chit chatting with the two women and a child at his table who were also intellectually void. Clearly, he was not interested in the rest of us who had been waiting for more than two hours. The other employee (Felipe) was tied up with problematic people. This store should be shut down or add more competent employees. Will never return. We called the other store on Power Rd here in Mesa and they were absolutely attentive. What a stark contrast to this disastrous store.

    We stopped into this store today because my son broke his phone and wanted a new one. He is 16, and he used his own money from his job, so I said sure.

    Our salesperson was Rudy W and he absolutely horrible.

    I knew that AT&T was running a special on iphone 11, cuz my other son just did it. The deal was upgrade any line and get an iphone 11 for $10 a month.

    Rudy argued with me right from the get go. He said the deal was only if you had a tradein, which we did not. I explained to him that I had double checked the website right before we came in, to make sure the deal was the same as last week, and it was. He told me, no less than FOUR times, that the deal was only with a tradein.

    All of this was happening, while he had earbuds in his ears, and it was obvious that he didnt care about us, or making the sale. I felt like I was bothering him.

    I was finally able to find the deal on the website, and I showed him where it said $10 a month or more with tradein. I even pulled up the full details where it specifically said the phone was $5 a month with tradein. He continued to argue with me, and if I didn't need my son to have a working phone, I would have just left. I have a disabled son at home, and I wont be home tomorrow, so I need my other son to have a working phone while he is at work, in case my other son has an issue, so I stayed.

    Rudy finally pulled up the website on his ipad, and finally told me he could do it.

    Yeah, Rudy, I know you can.

    The thing that gets me the most, is that even after he realized that I was right, he never apologized!! I am so angry!!

    My phone, and my husbands phone are both paid off. I am going to let the boys keep this account since they both have new phones, but my husband I will be going elsewhere.

    So bad. So angry.😡😡
