    I had great customer service at this store. The manager was very nice and I was helped by two nice men, Eric and Malcolm. Malcolm helped me the last two times I was in and went the extra mile to correct all the issues with my phone and WiFi.

    I was greeted promptly by a very enthusiastic and helpful representative named Rachel. I had been to multiple AT&T stores looking to switch my service and was disappointed by the service I had recieved. Rachel was so knowledgable and helpful I felt compelled to write a review, which I never do by the way. I assumed Rachel was the manager by her level of professionalism and vast amount expertise. I will only deal with Rachel for all my future needs.

    Rude manager. We have been in the store twice in the last two weeks. The manager was rude/arrogant during our first visit before we were helped by Bernard to purchase a new I Phone, case, protective screen, and charger (over $900).
    The protective screen cracked so we tried to return it to the store today to get a replacement. The manager was again rude and told us that was NOT something they were going to help us with as we needed to contact the company and deal directly with them. He said, "It's just like car insurance - if you have a problem you deal with them." There are better ways the manager could have conveyed this to us that would have been less offensive. He does not need to be working for your business (at least not in the South) as he does not know how to appropriately interact with clients. We have dealt with this location numerous times in the past when purchasing phones for our family. Prior to today, this store was helpful and has replaced screens on our products that had been purchased within the previous 30 days. We will not return to this store until the manager has been replaced.
    As an aside, the store traditionally has been packed with customers but the last 2 times we have been there, the store has been almost empty. Upper manager may need to see if sales have declined since this manager has been working there.
