People, all good ratings are written in 2020 and prior. Salespeople and management may have changed. There was no Angela, Rayan, Crystal, and .., that have been getting such good ratings when I went to the store to upgrade my phone.
I had a horrible experience with Simon as the salesperson and Alex as the manager of the store.
There is no mention of these two names. Be careful if they are still there.
Simon defrauded me and gave me a new line and a new phone instead of a free upgrade and stuck me with a $1,000 bill. AND changed my monthly plan on his own, without telling me so he can hide the extra $30 / month for the new line.
Next day, I started getting emails from AT&T congratulating me on my new line and new phone.
I called and customer service canceled the line. I never asked for a new line!
3 weeks later, when I go my monthly bill, I saw a $1,000 charge for a new phone. Customer service told me that I must go back to the store and they will be able to sort this out quickly. After many calls and attempts to resolve this with Simon and his manager Alex at the store, Alex, the manager, told me, he is not going to revert the charges or change my plan back to what it was. He told me not to go there and never to call them again. Try to resolve it with customer service, he told me.
They were rude and nasty and honestly, I did not feel safe to go back to the store anymore.
This was March 2021. And now mid-May and I finally resolved the problem with AT&T fraud dept, customer loyalty and billing dept, and after over 30 hours on the phone and going back and forth to another store AT&T removed the charges.
I am semi-retired and had 30 hours to spend to undo what Simon and Alex wrongfully did to me. What if someone was a full-time worker? It would have been very challenging on top of frustrating, to wait 1-2 hours on the phone each time you called.
Shame on you Simon and Alex. Taking advantage of old people thinking we are stupid and don’t know how to read our bills or figure out technology? What if someone does this to your parents or grand parents? How would they feel? Why did you do this? So you can get a few dollars extra commission? It was simple upgrade. Same line, new phone.
Just so you know, your fraud dept has confirmed the wrongdoing. A formal complaint is being initiated against both of you. I will make sure both of you get fired and never do this to someone else. Shame on you both!! - June 10, 2020

I visited this store yesterday because I had purchased a new iPhone 11 at Costco recently and my data did not transfer over. I walked in the front door and I was welcomed by Emmenuel Sanchez
I told him that that I needed assistance in tranferring my data over from the old phone to the new phone. He said no problem. His coworker immediately walked over to the table and disinfected everything. (they we all wearing masks)
We sat down and provided outstanding customer service. Alicia Panter the Store Manager helped with the process as well. Alicia even drove to the Belont Shore AT&T store to pick up an iPad for me and brought it back.
