- January 17, 20215 out of 5Kenneth and Hamid worked very hard and past closing to get my problem resolved-- a problem caused by an AT&T telephone salesperson who wanted to just sign us up even though he didn't have the ability to do all that we needed as part of the switch to AT&T service. AT&T corporate has many different departments and only certain departments can do certain things. Kenneth took this very frustrating problem through at least 2 different "800 number" departments in order to get it resolved. Thanks, Kenneth! (Note: the company needs to improve the signage on the store. I arrived at Linda Mar Plaza after dark and it took me a few minutes to find the AT&T store because it's sign is not lighted.)

We had all of our questions and issues resolved by Kenneth re: our new Apple I-phone purchases, our home internet service and wearable devices.
