Suggested I change an add on to my account and said multiple times that ‘it is the same price’ when in fact it was not if you did the math. Then asked me if I wanted a case or accessories, I said no thank you, moments later he brought two cases to the table try and sell me one. Total Upsell experience. He took off his work uniform shirt, and went directly outside (only one exit) and when I got outside he was in the ready stance with his fists up ready to fight me. provoking me and calling me many names to taunt me in hopes that I would hit him first. He quickly changed his demeanor once I got my phone from my pocket and started to film his charades. He pretended like he had no idea what was going on and was all of a sudden very calm and walked inside the building. This was all because I was upset that they didn't accept a picture of my I.D. as a verification method. Everyone in that entire building was unprofessional and no one even tried to stop the manager from acting the way he did. - February 17, 20191 out of 5My friend and I went to the store to add my pre-paid line into his family plan. We spent 1.5 hours in store while waiting one staff trying to do that. Eventually she failed due to some internal system errors and let us call customer service to do that.That was ridiculous because my friend did the same thing several weeks ago. Adding a line to family plan should be simple, but I guess the staff in this store just didn't do it right.Before leaving I complained all this to the store manager. She just kept saying that they did everything they could and failed due to IT system error. She not even apologized for wasting our 1.5 hours. No wonder the store she ran had terrible customer service...
