    i have experienced the worst client service in my life in the local Sonora AT&T store. The manager forgot that she has to provide service to a client. The question i came into the store was very simple: my new phone arrived and it had to be activated. While she was trying to do what i asked, she was answering the phone, running to the front door meeting new clients, went to the back door premises to take care of another manager. When she showed up at my table again, i noticed that she is activating the wrong number on the new phone together with all the data, and i decided to ask her why she would not sit down and provide me with service. We have a small business and we have been quite a long time with ATT. But she said that she does not have to. she is a manager and she does not have to work with clients. WOW. I asked why she takes clients than. At this moment she said she wont talk to me, grabbed my stuff and put it outside and said that i had to leave. Why? She just did not like me, i guess? I said i wont leave untill she brings back my stuff. She called on me police. ok. I waited for the police to show up, while she was yelling and attracting attention of other clients. She brought my stuff back though. I think it would not look good for the police officer. I had nothing to hide, i was not trying to do anything that a client was supposed to get in the store. My Phone was disabled at the moment and i wanted her to fix the mistake that she made. When officer arrived she lied straight to his face that i was a problem for a week being rude to her managers. WHAT???? i had nothing to say, I just left. It's such a shame. I feel sorry for the possible future clients, I feel sorry for the managers that have to work with her. I have no respect for people like this. I feel sorry for AT&T and their choice in our store.

    Tenaya (not sure if I spelled that right) was absolutely wonderful! Extremely helpful and friendly. This was our third AT&T store we visited to get my phone upgraded and it was worth the wait. 10/10 customer service, highly recommended!

    I wouldn't even give them a half star, the manager at this place didn't even care that my phone work and advise me to go to Verizon and open an account. The staff previously advised me to buy a Sanam phone which is the biggest piece of crap I've ever had, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

    Not paying this, I have already discussed this several times with telephone support. My account is not and should of been shut off in June. So stop billing me and I expect a full Reimbursement of my fees that were paid after June. If not you can expect a lawsuit. Get it together people.

    I arrived stressed to the max.. needed help with my email.. I got the worst employee. Attitude sucked and acted totally put out.. I ended up having to drive home and call the 800#.. I will never purchase anything from ATT again.!!!!
