5.0- January 13, 20215After spending 5 hrs. over past 4 days with ATT cust service and visiting the Norwalk Store today, which was a waste of time, to try and fix email acct.I Spent over 20 min at Norwalk store and was told that I was taking up too much time as they could not fix problem I left without resolution.I stopped by The New Canaan store.A Technician named Victoria said she would try fix problem and within 10 minutes she did. She was great and knew what had to be done! I spent over 4 hrs with AT&T techs who had no clue how to correct problem. Victoria is great and I can not say enough in her favor.She is fabulous! Because of her I will maintain my ATT account!!
