- December 27, 20181 out of 5Went to this store to buy my mother a new phone for Christmas. Specifically told the sales rep. NOT to activate the phone as it was a Christmas present. Needless to say, he activated the phone and had to give it to her before Christmas. I also changed over my service which did not get done properly and I was in this store for nearly 3 hrs. Luckily I was able to restore all of the info on my phone as it was all erased. I bought a screen protector for my moms phone which seemed like it didnt properly fit. Tried moving it around and it still didnt fit properly. My mother goes back to this store and the same sales rep. Refuses to replace the screen protector. As I continued to talk on the phone, he gives the phone back to my mother and cuts me off. VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL and VERY POOR SERVICE. All I wanted was a new screen protector to replace the faulty one for the Christmas present I bought for my mother. I WILL NEVER shop in this store again as my experience there was not a good one. 2 THUMBS DOWN.
- November 11, 20185 out of 5My Iphone 3 finally became to slow and hard to hear when making calls. I got another phone, but NOT an Iphone, a Samsung. I have had AT&T service for many years, so I had the AT&T store in Warwick, RI activate it. Josh did activate it, but said it was not possible to transfer the contact info from the Iphone3 to the andriod based Samsung.."They dont talk to each other" is what he said....Nice enough, but that was that......My sister was giving up her Iphone 4 that same day in Old Saybrook. That store was able to transfer her contacts to her Samsung. One generation newer was the key there.....I was in the New London area and thought I would give this store a try-to see if they could transfer the contact info....TIMOTHY DID IT! He had to do a lot of restarting of phones and used some gadget that does make the Iphone talk to the Samsung, and it took about 30 minutes, but he did it!!! Thank you, Timothy, for taking the time to help me and my sad little Iphone3!! You made my day!

Usually everything goes well, but recently we have been experiencing insufficient service and the right corrections weren’t made to our plan. We have to go there again to ensure changes are corrected. I will call customer service team afterwards to ensure our specific changes are corrected.
