    I previously had a review up which was removed. This store was terrible. I was lied to many times by several employees. They will tell you anything to get your money and then just keep lying to you when you go back. Spent hours on the phone with att only to have them tell me that the store had to resolve the problems. After 6 visits to the store I was forced to give up in fear of of losing my cool. I’ve never been so frustrated with a business in my entire life. Maybe even more frustrating is the fact that AT&T doesn’t seem to care that this is happening.

    Second time writing this review since they blocked my first one. HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES. Katie who I thought was awesome when I went the first time is actually a shady employee only out to make her sales. She added 7 phone lines onto my boyfriends account, never credited the products that were traded in, I was supposed to be transferred onto his bill and that didn't happen and she wouldn't even return my text. My boyfriend is stuck with a 900.00 bill. I got a new phone being charged to his account, and am paying for my iphone on my account. My monthly bill is currently 250.00 and I was never transferred over. Katie refused to respond for 45 days so we couldn't return any of the devices. The store manager Anthony did not but make excuses and not remove the lines or fix the bill that Katie added 7 lines to. She asked for our card information over the phone which apparently is illegal and charged me almost 90.00 in taxes for a phone. She got her sales money at the expense of my boyfriend who now is fighthing a 900.00 bill that she created to make her sales quota. THIEF. She should be fired along with the Manager for not doing the right thing and fixing what she did. The manager Dennis in the Middletown store is now handling my boyfriend's account and mine with the district manager. DO NOT GO TO THE STAFFORD STORE EVER. They are just looking out for themselves and their sales money not the best interest of the customer. Thank you for the increase in our bills and refusal to do the right thing and fix it! SHADY, DISHONEST, IRRESPONSIBLE WITH CUSTOMERS MONEY AND THEY DON'T CARE WHO THEY HURT.

    Our experience at the store was outstanding. We tried to transfer a number from StaightTalk to AT&T using the website, but it went south. We made 12-15 calls to both AT&T and StraightTalk but were unsuccessful in fixing the transfer. It was strongly suggested we go into a store before we lost the number. We were greeted by James and he was very patient working through our issue. Several phone calls were made to tech support groups in both companies, but ultimately it was resolved. Can't thank James and Saika enough for the very patient and competent support. I recommend anyone needing help with AT&T wireless use this store.

    AWFUL STORE! the salesman ED lied to me about costs and then told me that everything will be reduced on the NEXT monthly bill, when it is too late to return the product. What a liar. He did everything wrong and refuses to correct it. The company is unable to make the corrections either and it costs me $50/month when it was supposed to REDUCE my monthly fee. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
