- November 6, 20185 out of 5David is our liaison to our police department for FirstNet services. I didn't have a chance to meet with him so I was able to call him at the store and text him my information to see what would suit my account the best. Unbeknownst to me, David volunteered his time to help the victims of the hurricane in the panhandle of Florida and he still responded to my text messages and had Richard from the local store in Miami Beach contact me. When Richard called me, David had already briefed him on my account and Richard completed the changes in less than 15 minutes. That small change ended up saving my family and I money on my monthly account that I've had with AT&T for more than 15 years. So, I'd like to commend both David and Richard for going above and beyond in customer service. Especially David, who is selflessly giving of his time to help the Panhandle hurricane victims while also tending to his store. Both of these employees reflect extremely well and positive for AT&T. They exemplify corporate responsibility personally and most importantly, personify excellent customer service. Please convey my thanks and gratitude.

- June 4, 20181 out of 5Really bad service directly from the Sales Manager. I arrived just after they opened in the morning. There was only one other customer in the store who was being attended by a sales person. The manager came out and asked if I needed help. I told him I wanted to review my plan and also upgrade my phone. His reply was “ok, I don’t usually help customers but I’m short staffed today”. That’s not the way to start out; he acted as though he were doing me a favor. I told him I had already worked with an AT&T sales person on-line a few days prior; I knew exactly what phone I wanted and how I wanted my plan changed. In the review process he was not helpful or engaged. I ended up leaving without any service because he would not work with me to arrive at the plan I already negotiated on-line. I took the time to work out the plan details on-line before I went into the store. AT&T should have captured the information from the on-line rep in my account and the Sales Manager should have been more willing to listen to a 20+ year AT&T customer..
