    I almost never write a review...almost never!! Until today that is, when I had the fortunate pleasure of dealing with two of the absolute best customer service people that I've ever had the privilege of encountering: Tabitha Rivera and Jaime her store Manager. Both of them were extremely courteous, polite, and expressed genuine interest in helping me resolve my issues related to my AT&T wireless service. After dealing with general incompetence and/or lack of compassion from 99% of the reps on the phone...I was hesitant, but yet I remained optimistic upon heading to the local Orlando AT&T Corporate Store. Well, I definitely lucked out with having Tabitha be the one offering to assist me...after carefully LISTENING (phone reps could try that more, maybe they should shadow a Pro like her and see how it's done?) She proceeded to set forth and achieve her goal of resolving my situation, Tabitha was absolutely tenacious in dealing with the reps on the phone and refusing to give up, she occasionally differed to Jaime, her Manager in getting some assistance navigating the maze of info in the correct manner (which to me shows real character by her, in asking for help when needed, which shows she's humble and not scared to ask if she's not certain) Jaime was phenomenal also in assisting Tabitha when she needed it and offering kind words of empathy and compassion to myself (He is the PERFECT example of how a leader should act)!!! Well...I could ramble on and on about how great Tabitha was, and would have no problem doing so, but I'll close out by saying this: she is engaged, friendly, forthcoming, compassionate/empathetic and absolutely OUTSTANDING at her job and should be (if she's not already) an extremely valued asset of your company...where sooooo many other reps dropped or fumbled the ball, Tabitha not only caught it, but she outran everyone else and scored a touchdown, spiked the ball and did an end zone celebration ( a very well deserved one at that!!) She is the NUMBER ONE reason that I'm still an AT&T customer after today and will now only be dealing with her from now on...I don't care if I need to wait in line all day, I'll happily wait for Tabitha...because I know she cares about helping people and solving problems and to me she's more than worth the wait.

    I went into this AT&T store yesterday and was completely appalled by the lack of customer service. The manager Jaime mistakenly came over to my friend to assist her, completely overlooking a customer that had been there waiting before we entered the store. When this gentleman pointed out the error and asked when he was going to be helped, Jaime continued to try to assist myself and my friend. I said no and apologized to the gentleman and asked Jaime to please assist him. Jaime then walked away from all of us. I had to call out to him to ask if he was going to help the customer who had been waiting. Jaime then mumbled that he had others to help. The gentleman remained patiently waiting for his turn to receive help even though his presence was never truly recognized by the manager of the store, Jaime. My friend and I looked around the store for awhile. No one ever assisted the gentleman. No one ever assisted us. The manager Jaime went to help customers who were already engaged with store employees. It was the most bewildering and disturbing experience I have had in quite some time. I am a long-time customer of AT&T and have received valuable assistance over the years-- but not from this store! Not from any of the employees here! And most definitely not from the manager! The blurb on this store website about the manager Jaime is the opposite of what my friend and I experienced in the store-- Jaime was definitely not passionate about delivering an extraordinary customer experience as we left without being helped and feeling anything but valued and appreciated. I sure hope the patient gentleman who was ahead of us in line received some assistance as he was still waiting to be helped when we left the store. An epic fail in customer service on your part Jaime!

In our location we do use a queue system and sign individuals in based on arrival and/or appointments. Our management team is their to assist our consultants in delighting our customers and will be typically checking in with multiply consultants to ensure there reason for visiting us is getting resolved. If it is convenient for you, we have an online appointment scheduler that should help minimize your wait time in the future.

    I was appalled at the lack of customer service in this AT&T store today. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for many years and have been assisted by some wonderful and knowledgeable individuals. I found no such assistance in this store. The blurb that is written on the store website about Jaime, the manager, is not at all what I experienced as he was definitely not passionate about delivering an extraordinary customer experience-- and I did not leave feeling either valued or appreciated.
    Jaime mistakenly tried to assist my friend instead of the gentleman who came in before us. When this gentleman pointed out the mistake and asked if anyone was going to help him, Jaime continued to try to assist us. I said no, please help this gentleman. Jaime walked away from both customers, claiming he had others to assist. He then went about monitoring employees who were assisting customers. He did not return to help either the gentleman who continued to wait patiently or us. We finally walked out, shaking our heads in disbelief. The gentleman was still standing there waiting for assistance. The manager did nothing to assist us.

    Do not waste your time at the east colonial AT&T. Absolutely horrible service I’ve been in three times now. Still dealing with the same issues with zero help. barely acknowledged waiting and waiting and waiting. Such ridiculous customer service makes me want to switch providers all together.
