    I experienced bigotry at this store and the manager Luke was very rude. My mother is disabled and sick. Her phone broke and she needed a phone. I called several locations and the customer service line snd they stated that I can buy her a phone. This location told me that I can buy her phone before arriving. When I arrived they refused to sell me a phone. The manager Luke was very rude to me.

    This store provided the worst customer service ever! I walked into the store to switch from post-paid to pre-paid because customer service told me that was what I was supposed to do. The store
    then told me that they could not do it, and that I needed to call customer service. I called customer service in their presence and customer service literally told them that they could do it. This part took alone 30 minutes. Next customer service on the phone starts arguing with another rep/assistant manager via telephone. The rep/assistant manager instructs Edgar to call customer care. and then finally, att calls customer service internally. The rep on the phone walks Edgar through the process, and as he is completing the transaction he tells me that I am going to be charged for $75 plus an activation fee etc. I told him that I wanted to speak to a manager, he was very rude and nasty and followed me into the store and left customer service on hold who was walking him through the entire process to swtich my phone. As a result of this customer servie hang up on him and I never got my phone switched from post-paid to pre-paid additionally. I was charged $105 plus an additional $60 for a fake phone number that I never used!!! I reached out to Edgar to let him know that I would be in the following day to return this fake number because my phone still was not switched over and he had the NERVES to tell me that I had to dispute the charge with my bank because they could not return it. I call customer care and they told me that I needed to go into the store to get my money back. I go into the store and this fake assistant store manager does nothing to help me whatsoever, but has me get back on the phone with prepaid to get my money back. I asked him if he could call for me in that this was their error and since he is the managager, I thought he would have more influence and get this taken care of. prepaid says that they can only give me back $60. I thought this $60 was from the $105 that they charged me for. THE assistant store manager tells me that I should be happy that at least I GOT BACK $60 of the $105!!!!!! But instead this was in addition to the $105 I had been charged that day. I have never in my life experience such horrible customer service!!!! this was ATT'S fault. They were the ones who told me that I had to create a fake number. I was charged a total of $165 and still did not have the problem rectified. I will definitely be escalating this up to corporate!!! AND LEAVING ATT for Verizon

    @ATT the worst customer service ever I had a issue with a lost phone that I never received back in October and to this day can’t solve this issue and still trying to charge me for something that I never got smh!!!!
