    Was lied to and can’t get a promotion I was guaranteed to get. I added 3 lines to my account on December 28th. One line was ported in from cricket. I was told the phone I picked the iPhone XR would be $5 a month not $20 since we are adding a line. First bill came promotion was not there. We went to the store and were told it can take 1-3 bills. On well second bill came and I called and was told yes, you qualify it will be on your next bill and you will get the credit for the other 2 months. 3rd bill came still not right. Chatted with a rep and was assured I will get the credit and he will create a case to get this resolved. Called yesterday waited 45 mins to talk to someone o only to be hung up on. Called back and was told the store is the only on who can help me and since they are closed I can get this fixed. So I have to wait for the store to reopen, call att call center with the rep to try and get this promotion. The call center rep said since we ported a line from cricket we don’t qualify for this promotion. All the other reps said I would get it. Every person has a different story. I am so tempted to close my account. This is such horrible service.
