- May 21, 20211Terrible customer service the lady “Nash Uebel” forced phone insurance on a purchase and explained that AT&T now makes customers have insurance on new phone purchases for at least two weeks. Not wanting to argue, I accepted her lie and decided to call customer service after. After calling AT&T I found out that my assumptions were correct and was refunding. Shady practice as she was trying to get more commissions out of lying to clients.
