2.3- June 9, 20221If you want to be treated poorly and get ripped off this is the place to go.
- June 22, 20211I went into the location to get a new IPhone because mine was not working. The store manager and a newer employee were working with me to determine which phone I would like to upgrade to. I decided on an IPhone 11 and was told several times that it would be sent to me the next day. My current phone is not working, I need one quickly. I went with that option because it would be there the next day. I got home, looked at the purchase statement and it said it would be shipped out between June 28th and July 6th, 2 weeks later. I'm calling BS here! I believed the two employees lied to me to get a sale. I went to the Apple store to see if they had the phone in stock. They do, but now I have to cancel my order and wait at least 24 hours before I can even do anything. I also now have to add another level of service on my AT&T account that was not told to me yesterday which will take longer. All and all, I dont trust these people and dont believe you should either.
I called the store manager a few minutes ago to discuss this situation and asked if they get commissions. She said yes they do. I reminder her who I was and that I was going to cancel the order and they wont get the commission. Guess what, she said they dont get commissions so it's not a big deal. Hmmm, 3 minutes ago she said they did. Several lies, dont trust them! - May 1, 20215great service by Michelle H! will come back
