- November 10, 20201ATT lost my trade in and I have been back and forth with customer service since April. Last month I started trying to get help in person by going to this location but John forgot about me after having me text him pictures of my confirmation trade in number and the tracking number while I was sitting next to him in the store; he never got back to me until I called. Ignored my texts. I talked to him Friday over the phone and am once again waiting to hear back, however, he has said he’d call me the next day (he did not). I’m getting frustrated that no one through Customer Service or the store is considering that I’ve been dealing with this since April and should be considered to be handled more urgently. I have been disrespected as a customer. Until my issue is resolved and I’m compensated for how long this has taken the review will stay as is. I’m looking into other providers now because of this.
