- December 26, 20201 out of 5On October 30th of this year, i went into this store and purchased a phone along with a protective shield to protect the glass on the phone. I was told that this shield was under warranty for a year, and all i had to do was come back in to replace it. So today I went in the store to be told that i could not get a new one because i did not have the box. In my view all that had to be done was to check my account to see that I did purchase the item. I was told that the box had to be scanned. Why could they not just scan the barcode on the new box? the UPC codes would be identical for the same item.
What is even worse is the person I spoke to needs to learn how to talk to people.
So basically I wasted $30.00 because i did not have a box.

- October 20, 20205 out of 5I just want to say that your representative by the name of Tae ( I wish I would've gotten his last name) was very helpful and patient through our lengthly process. He made us feel welcomed and even though he was multitasking with more than one customer He handled himself very professionally. He made sure we was set up properly and that our services were working properly and not pushing us out the door.
Tae demonstrated the definition of a team player and represented AT&T very well today.
