    The worst AT&T experience I’ve ever had. We came in to upgrade two of our eligible phone lines and trade in paid off phones which turned into Josue telling us we were required to add two new phone lines to qualify for the promotion. He said there would be no fees associated with the new phone lines. As customers, you assume that the employee will do what is right for you and give you correct information. Come to find out, this was not correct and it was costing us an extra $40 per month in unlimited phone plans and these new phone lines would not be able to be cancelled until the 36 month period to pay for the new phones had passed which meant it would cost us almost $1,500 in fees for these two lines he added to our bill. The only way to remove these phone lines was to turn our new phones back in for another new phone, re-transfer all of our information, and spend countless hours both in an AT&T store location for this fix and on the phone with customer service. The manager, another store associate, and every customer service representative I’ve spoken with agreed that this process was unnecessary and we could have simply upgraded our existing phone lines. When asked if this happened because the associate makes more commission on a sale with new phone lines added, they all shyly agreed. This should not be happening and is unethical. Please make sure to double check your phone bills when working with this company and specifically Josue at this AT&T location.

    My phone kept disabling for a few days no reason why! I went to the apple store of course they were no help as usual!! I ended up coming to at&t in Swansea and they were wonderful from the moment I walked in the door! Keri Schroeder and Harrison Goldberg were absolutely amazing and so much help!! I will always come back to the Swansea store, they both were so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you both so much!!!

    Excellent customer service from Karissa Pagan. Set our I-Phone 11 pro max in no time. Assisted in picking out our case and applied our screen protector in no time. Very pleasant professional young lady. Will return to this store and tell my friends.

    Stay away from this store, they are dishonest and when they sell you a new device and promise a certain deal they do not uphold that promise. They don't give you a print out or receipt when purchasing a new device aside from supposedly sending it via email. I went to this store with my husband and asked the sale rep to show me the cheapest phone I could purchase-he picked one out and I bought it soley for that reason. I was told the deal/promotion would be reflected in my first bill. After a month when I noticed my bill was incorrect and I was being billed way more than expected I was lied to by customer service who said it would be fixed and then after multiple calls I was told to try to resolve the issue with the store directly. I could not return the phone because it was over the 14 day return time frame. The manager here is highly unprofessional-she at first indicated that the employee who sold me the phone was fired/ a bad employee and she said they would make things right...then she left me hanging for 2 1/2 weeks waiting chasing her for an answer because she had no idea what to do and waited so long to bring the issue up to her district manager, only to tell me in the end they would not help resolve the issue at all. She also indicated that many of the staff here are new and have no idea what they are doing. I've never experienced such awful customer service in my life as I have all around with AT&T-especially with this store.
