The customer service at this store was beyond excellent. If there was a rating of 1-100, I would give 110! Brain B. went above and beyond the call of duty even staying 2 hours beyond his shift to make sure I left with a working phone.
I went in to transfer my handicap dad’s phone service from another provider’s service to ATT with the intention of also transferring his telephone number. Needless to say this turned into a huge hassle with issues from both provider’s technical support. I was there for 5 hours and Brian never stopped trying to get the problem resolved even while handling other issues in the store. I didn’t leave with the issue resolved but it certainly wasn’t because Brian didn’t try! - September 19, 2021

Extremely disappointed. Got home, phone did not work. Hours of frustration followed through to the next morning when my husband had to take the phone back. The associate, Matt put the old SIM card into the new phone, new SIM card still on the table he worked with my wife on the previous day. Must say Brian was very helpful but still upsaet the the main thing was selling a new phone to me. Never verified anything worked..leading to a new thing today. Can't access voiocemail. My husband I stopped in just for information regarding WiFi. We walked out with our needs met, a new phone and an IPad without feeling we were taken advantage of. The store manager Matt was very knowledgeable about how to correct our problems and had a viable solution. All while saving us money on our monthly bill. So very grateful! Terrible service. They committed retail fraud adding 2 phone lines & 2 new phones that we did not authorize with every added charge they could think of. We did not authorize these phones & are planning to contact the local police department about this fraud. We have tried contacting the AT&T parent company & they have handed us off from one department to another & not resolved this issue. Please do not shop here as we don't know how many others have been defrauded by this store. We want to speak to the local manager/owner to get this resolved or we will take our business elsewhere.
