2Terrible customer service by 1 employee. I gave 2 stars, because the kid that had to clean up the managers mess was terrific. I was told to notify the employee after I activated phone to get a shipping label to send the old phone back. After 3 weeks, I still had not gotten the email even though I gave her every information she needed. Apparently, all I needed to do was bring it in and they shipped it back. What a hassle. If she would have just answered half the texts I sent, it would have been tolerable. Don't give a customer your personal number if you aren't going to take care of it. - June 12, 20215The girl that waited on me and my wife is an excellent representative of your store and att. She did a terrific job of selling me a new iPhone 12mini,so good that I came back two days later and got my wife a iPhone 12. So the bottom line is this,she did such a nice competent job,that we spent 1800.00$ in the store
