    We got ourselves into a real mess trying to transfer 4 lines from another company to AT&T (we went to a different AT&T in St. Paul that was not an official store but an authorized dealer I think?). We went to the Highland store to get everything resolved and they did a great job. They got us fixed up quick and now we have service. Great experience.

    I wouldn’t recommend at all . I came into this store back in March 2021 to turn in my old phone i had a few days prior picked up my trade in device but wanted to make sure i got everything switched over before handing in my old device . So i came in and Kyle was the rep that helped me on this day . He took my old device and checked it in or whatever he did during my wait he talked me into getting AT&T cable and i was sold after hearing all the great things . What i am not happy about is i never received the 150 dollar gift card that i was promised upon signing up for this AT&T cable promotion back in March . I am also was beyond disappointed that the device i returned in which was a iPhone 11 is now missing and i was slapped with a bill for 300+ for this device that Kyle took and checked in . The fact that i turned this phone in way back and March and it is now July and that device is not found is disappointing. I came into this store a few times hoping to get help with this problem Kyle wasn’t there and the person working told me to come back when manager is available. So i came back literally two days later and the manager still was not there . I’ve called and everything and can’t seem to get this problem resolved. My phone service will be suspended soon because i can not afford to pay that much money for a phone i do not have . This is the worst experience ever

    Overall the service Kyle provided me back in March 2021 was great . It was not until a month or two ago when i was hit with an outstanding bill for a phone i traded in. Kyle was the person who helped me that day i turned my old cell phone in with him back in March so for me to be hit with a bill that is 300+ is wrong especially knowing i turned the phone in to him. I have came into the store 3 times since than hoping to figure out what has happened and nobody could help me just told me to come back when manager was there but he and or she was not there during the times i arrived. I took it upon myself to email Kyle because i still had a business card that he gave me . He did not reach back out regarding my issue until weeks later and still didn’t give me an answer on what happened to the phone i turned in . I cannot financially afford to pay that high bill for something i don’t have . My phone service could be suspended because of this and nobody can help me this is beyond crazy and wrong that i have to set up pay arrangements to pay for a cell phone that i turned into this store and they obviously lost it or misplaced it . I even let Kyle talk me into getting AT&T tv that day he had me sold once he said i would recieve a 150 gift card which mind you never came and i started the service in March just all around disappointing 😭

    Terrible experience with Stephany at this store. After today will be escalating to corporate and considering transferring service out of ATT all together.
    I worked with ‘Daniel’ over the ATT chat yesterday who was AWESOME. Went through all the details of the promotion being ran right now on the Iphone 12, was concise, kind, answered all my questions, and got me set up for an appointment to ensure I could be in and out at a store near me in St. Pau. I felt good about doing all the leg work to make an upgrade from Iphone X to Iphone 12 in the store. Quick and easy right?
    Today, I arrived at my appointment on time and rep Stephany Sletten greeted me where I explained that I had done the work and just wanted to upgrade phones. From the start, she showed little enthusiasm and didn't spend any time going over the phone or asking if I had questions. 100% disengaged. When I opened the phone to start the transfer process I showed her on my current IPhone X how it my iCloud was showing it could not backup due to storage although the storage used and storage available didn't add up because I had plenty of storage so it should have backed up. Her response was "i don't know". I started the transfer process by myself and of course ran into problems due to the iCloud storage issue. Instead of trouble shooting or helping, she told me due to COVID we cannot be in the store for 2 hours and that I could go home and try this and come back to drop off the trade in phone. I was extremely frustrated as I do not think that we should have to drive back and trouble shoot it and then do the transfer ourselves only to drive back to the store to drop off the trade in phone. I understand COVID, however, I had done all the work and would expect the reps to be able to assist with phone set up when purchasing a $1200 phone and being charged $68 for taxes, $30 for a one time upgrade fee, etc. When I asked her about the $30 fee if they don’t help she proceeded to rudely tell me that those upgrade fees are what is keeping ATT a float during COVID. Absolutely not appropriate to respond to a long term customer and again, not helpful when I have done a bulk of the work. Frustrated I left and when home with no working phone. Only there for 30 minutes and couldn't help with the transfer. Got home, went to transfer and of course ran into the issue. Googling ways and spending now over 2 hours of my time trying to figure this out, I called back to the store and same rep answered. I brought up the issue mentioned and she told me that even though my phone says I have storage, she does not think I do and I need to pay the $2.99 to upgrade. WHY WAS THIS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD 2 HOURS AGO. She then said “We would be trying to do this and figure this out if you were here” –Right, but isn’t that your job? I am so disappointed and disgusted by the lack of customer service guidelines. The tipping point was when I brought up on the phone that this should have been a quick and easy thing she quickly responded with “it would have been if your phone was backed up” as though this is something I should have known or was my fault. She then hung up the phone without saying goodbye. WOULD NEVER work with this rep and moving forward will not go back to this store and would request there is some follow up with management. As someone who has years of customer service in my background and did a majority of the work for Stephany who got the sales credit for my upgrade and purchased screen protector, highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

    AT&T gets 3 stars... but Kosta, a floor employee at this location, is a huge help. He even stayed late past close to help me fix a cell service issue. My job is call-intensive, so Kosta’s fast, friendly, and practical attitude and skill mean a lot.
