    I went to this store to purchase a new iphone on a late Saturday afternoon. There were three employees, one was the manager who was sitting at staring at a huge screen showing AT&T ads. Just sitting there staring at it.

    An employee told me about a phone that would cost $140 'out the door'. He went to discuss this with the manager. I wish i could post the photo i took of the manager sitting and staring at a screen while the employee was talking to him This went on for 2 minutes. The manager sighed, got up, came over to me with the employee, and told me because I pay less for my slow internet connection I would have to prepay (I suppose that meant purchase) a $400 phone.
    This was the most bizarre BS I've ever heard. I asked what my Internet connection had to do with buying a phone and was told, That's the way it is.I suppose there are people who fall for this strong arm sales attempt but I left.

    The next day I was at the Apple store and told them about the experience. They underscored that my Internet connection has nothing to do with buying a new phone.

    I've worked in retail management, I've owned my own retail store in the 90s.
    I would have never treated a customer like this in an effort to make a sale. it's unconscionable. I left in disgust at how cons are being conducted feeling sorry for those who fall for this bullying.

    I was told I had no insurance on my broken phone and schemed into purchasing a third line in order to walk out of the store with a phone without paying a full $800. Staff rolled their eyes at me when requesting a refund due to actually having insurance on the broken phone and to undo the third line in my plan. Was told that this was the “cheapest route” causing my monthly bill to increase $65! I only need 2 lines, not 3. Sorry You lost your commission sir. Employees appeared frustrated when I requested to undo all the recent transactions and was told again I did not have phone insurance by in store staff but YET I spoke to customer care 611 and they confirmed I DID have insurance upon starting up my account last year. Was told I was going to only pay $125 due to never having a claim on my phone in the past but was charged $225 by a diff in store employee. Very frustrating and annoying. When requesting new iPhone to be sent to my house because it can be given in store although I already had the new iPhone for the third line used and unpackaged, well the staff sent the new iPhone to the wrong address AFTER verifying multiple times that I needed it sent to a different address. Staff overall was ok customer service but clearly don’t listen to the customers nor pay attention to detail. Most definitely will be purchasing any future phones or accessories at a diff store. During my encounters, The staff assisting my was continuously interrupted prolonging my time at the store and constantly “stepping in the back for a moment”. Different information given from different employees and obviously the communication within the store is very poor. Very frustrating to deal with a broken phone to begin with but to deal with all the other hassle makes it that much worse. Very poor experience. Do better.
