We have been ATT customers for more than 10 years and this is the worst experience we have ever had. Even switched to their direct tv w a promise that they will help cancel our Altice service. Guess what? We’ve been paying both Direct TV and Altice! Unbelievable! Everyone is going through something and I do not need this stress and additional expense.
