3.2- September 25, 20212Upon consumer customer service suggestion I went to this Corporate retail stores inside the Mall to convert my post-paid to pre-paid account consecutively for two days, first day the guy was help help a bit and rushed to close the stores and had to come back next day, this time another guy (looked hispanic) who does not even want to talk and out rightly says 'they can't do it at their stores' as against what customer service over the phone confirmed me they will do it. These guys are only to 'sell' lies and not do 'customer service'. very pathetic experience, even today my issue is not resolved
