I got a hold of multiple ATT representatives at their support center with no help. So I called the store I ordered from , a man named Tim answered , possibly Fulton for last name. Gave me the most attnetative customer service I have ever experienced, he called the Port center directly and waited while calling me back on a merged call to speak to both of us until my issue was resolved. This was above and beyond anything I have experienced in almost any store in my life. Thanks again for the assistance.
