I went into this location before traveling to Europe with my husband to inquire about international calling. One of the representatives, Natalie, greeted me at the door and, after looking at my account, informed me that I could be saving money on my bill by upgrading to a better plan. As well as telling me about a great deal on new galaxy phones! She was very sweet and explained everything in great detail. I went in to upgrade by daughters IPhone XR to the 12. Tom and Peter were very helpful with telling us about the differences in phones . She picked the phone out that she wanted . Then they proceeded to ask me questions to see if I qualified for any of their discounts. Thanks to them I am now saving money on my monthly bill as I wasn’t aware of some discounts they had . 5 stars before the sale, 2 stars after the sale.
I upgraded 3 phones to iPhone 12’s. Peter & Tom were so nice while showing us the phones. They told us that we could have the phones shipped to store & they would help us set up new phones.
One week later we get the call that our phones are all at the store. We get to the store & Peter can barely look at us when we enter & it was like he was doing us a favor by talking to us. He was annoyed that we asked him to help us set up new phones.
Either Peter or Tom told us that the $30 per line activation fee that ATT was going to charge us could be reversed by just asking for it. They lied. I eventually got the $90 credited to the account but it was difficult to do so.
There are other ATT stores. We won’t go back to this one but that’s probably what Peter was hoping for. He needed time to watch Ace Ventura.Response from AT&TJanuary 5, 2021Hello! I went in to replace two SIM cards and the clerk not only wouldn’t listen to me. He was condescending and rude. He refused to sell me the SIM cards because he thought it was too expensive for me. The account showed the wrong model home for one line and he told me to call them myself so they could explain to me that I didn’t know what phones we have. I had the phone in my hand and he wouldn’t look at the model to see I was right and the account was wrong. So I can afford a $$$ a month cell phone bill but, $$ plus tax will be a stretch?
