    Picked up phone upgrade from online transaction. Was called the next day to be told taxes were not paid, and needed to come in again to pay taxes, return the phone that was issued, and receive a new one. Taxes cannot be paid over the phone. Corporate customer service has no knowledge of the issue because store is trying to cover their tracks by not reporting anything going on with the order. Horrible customer service, employees need to not rush to break and instead do the jobs they were trained to do.

    Worst service EVER. If it had been once, it wouldn't have been a big deal but I have now been treated terribly on multiple occasions at this location. I bought an iPhone 12 Pro at this location and other than being pushed into a ton of different options I didn't need (which I understand as they're sales people and that's their jobs) but then I came back in to have my screen protector replaced. It was cracked so I came in to have it replaced. When I originally bought my phone, they "upsold" me on the "screen protector upgrade" and told me it was covered for life. When I came in to have it replaced, the young girl told me that I was "sold the wrong upgrade" and needed to now buy the "AT&T" version. Wasn't loving that shell game but I agreed. I paid the "$48" upgrade charge. The girl put the new screen protector on but was distracted by chatting with other co-workers so bubbles got under the screen guard when she put it on. I said "I'm not trying to be picky but I just paid $50 and there are 3-4 bubbles under my screen now. Can you try again?" She said "we only put the screen on as a courtesy but if you want to pay another $8 and have it replaced, I'll try again". Obviously I wasn't happy but I wasn't about to pay another $8 dollars. Fast forward 3 months and I cracked the screen (I'm a construction worker so it happens). I was smarter about it this time. Went in, paid my $8, got my screen and put it on myself. No problems. Now, fast forward another 5 months and my screen starting bubbling and not responding (that seems to happen with these screen protectors over time. I went in this morning and the girl that was working was completely rude. In "her opinion" there was nothing wrong with my screen. After going back and forth, I literally said "are you going to sell me a product or not?" She was clearly unhappy and got on the phone and asked "what the criteria was for replacing the screen protector". She asked me for my license 4 different times and finally got on another call to find out how to sell my the screen protector under the plan I PURCHASED FROM THEM. After 5 minutes of her not being able to figure it out, I just left., I will NEVER go back to this AT&T store again and I will absolutely be switching phone companies. If these are the types of employees AT&T hires then they don't deserve my business. Completely rude and incompetent people.

    So what I thought was a great customer service ended up being one of the most awful experiences I have ever had. I went and got a new watch got home and I was happy. Until I got an email saying my ATT TV product has been shipped. I never authorized my account to be charged for that nor did I even want it. After fighting with customer service for over an hour to get refund because this was fraudulent activity on my account I finally got a refund.

    Store manager defrauds and overcharges customers using deceptive practices, slipping innumerable options and installment plans without discussion or consent. You don't get the bill until after your Buyer's remorse period is expired. I'd give the store zero stars if it would let me.
