The young man who assisted us in buying new phones was unable to transfer our contacts and photos from old phones to new. Sent us to Geek Squad at Best Buy. Also couldn't help. I have been a ATT customer for over 30 years, and I have NEVER encountered a manager as rude and dismissive as Barry. If he is the manager and acts in this way, I cannot even imagine how the employees act. Not the greatest experience. Did not know how to fix billing questions and then could not unfreeze phone when it froze after clerk reinserted sim card.

Went in for a phone upgrade, was next customer to be served. Your associate Russell was helping a woman who to put it mildly would have challenged the patience of Job. Not only was he helpful and courteous to her he never lost his cool. And the great treatment continued when he helped me with my wireless service.
