Very poor customer service. Was sold a phone that didn’t have the capabilities that were promised. Was charged a restocking fee even though the phone could not do what was promised. Don’t go. Rep in Massena lied to us about what discounts we would get from the base price. They screwed up and prevented us from getting an extra $600 trade in per phone. Corporate would not help us or do anything to atone the incompetence. Changing providers
