His product knowledge was outstanding and very helpful in pointing me in the direction that was right for me in every way. Great job Nick. I was switching to another provider when I went in and ended up buying 2 new phones! Thanks for the great service!
- September 7, 20215I am not reviewing AT & T but the service I received from Gary, one of the customer service/sales agents at the store on 9/6/21! I was a victim of Sim Swap and had been at my wits end of what to do. I won't go into the utter nonsense and run around from some of the agents over the phone. One Fraud agent recommended I go to an actual store and have a new sim card put in. The store was closing in 40 minutes when I got there and Gary waited on me. He actually CARED about providing good service! He stayed with me on the phone with various agents and fraud people an hour and a half past closing time. I wasn't able to resolve the issue until almost 24 hours and many phone calls later. Beware of Sim Swap Scammers.....if you are in need of AT & T service in Potsdam NY...ask for Gary....he is the best.
