I called a couple days before we were planning to come in to figure out what we needed to do/bring. Shar was beyond helpful over the phone and then proceeded to make our visit so easy and stress-free! We didn't have to wait and she patiently worked with us as we navigated everything. She also helped us later when we brought our old phones back in for the trade-in. Overall great service!
