    Got a new phone, which is what I went in there for. When I got home and opened it, it was the wrong color. Our sales person was okay, but absolutely would not crack a smile. Also - they should have informed me, BEFORE I made the purchase that the tax was due up front. It was kind of like - Oh, by the way...

    Do not go to this store very aggravated store employee told me that my phone didn’t qualify for trade in because of a scratch you would of needed a magnifying glass for. Left the store and went to my at&t account and it said no where in my account about scratches and ordered my new phone from the website

    Utterly disappointed, after being an AT&T customer for over 10+ years, I have been misled and lied to. I have never considered switching providers until now. This issue started in September, I went to the Ashtabula At&t store to get an upgrade. During this process the sales associate informed me of a BOGO deal they were having for the Galaxy Note9. I wasn't in need of a 3rd phone but it was a great deal, and Christmas was right around the corner. I was told all that needed to be done was add a line to my account and the second phone would be free. I was informed that it would take a couple bill cycles for the discount to reflect on my bill but the charges would be credited to my account and I had nothing to worry about. Fast forward 3 months still getting charged for the second phone. When I called the 1st time, I was informed that it was a simple mistake that could be fixed and I needed to follow up with a call the next week. The following week I called back and was told (very rudely) that it was my mistake and that nothing could be done since I dont have At&t internet or cable services (At&t internet isn't available where I live) this representative hung up on me. I called right back and talked to another representative in the customer loyalty department. I was told I needed to go back to the store and have the store manager send in a request for the error to be corrected. So I went to the store to find out the current store manager is new and wasnt the manager when I got the phone, that manager was no longer with the company. Was told that the particular location had a lot of issues and the new management was working hard to correct it the new management apologized and said he would do what he could to fix the error that had occurred within his store. Ultimately he was unable fix it since he was new to the store. The fact that At&t customers service has made it out like this is my fault, when I was told by the salesperson something that is obviously not true just to make a sale is unacceptable. As a customer that has always spoken highly of great service, in store and over the phone. At&t I expected better from you.

    Walked greeted promptly by Kendra with a lovely smile and warm greeting. I was not pressured into anything she was very helpful and was not pushy on anything like most salespeople are I highly recommend this store and Kendra to anyone. She definitely deserves a bonus for her service.
