Joe , the store manager is a dishonest person, my wife and I went into the store to upgrade our phones ,he helped us ,he added an extra line ,to our business lines and also he added $40 protection plan without our knowledge ! he told us it would cost us ,a dollar just to add the protection plan to our existing five lines ,he will not do well with his dishonesty , when I went back into the store ,to talk with him to correct the problem ,he was hiding he never showed up ,luckily another manager by the name of Gilberto ,That helped us a great deal ,he put everything back to how it was supposed to be .he’s a young honest man he’ll do well in his career , I’m very happy that he helped us ,I can give him five stars , AT&T is being very dishonest over the years with us ,this is not the first time they added extra lines and charge us extra money without our knowledge ,that we found out later ,my company has been with AT&T for 15 years now I’m looking to find a new carrier ,I have had enough with AT&T wireless dishonesty ,trying screw their own loyal customers , it’s a shame . I recently went to the Store and I want to say that Marisol was fantastic. Her attention to detail and customer service was great. Her technical prowess is apparent as she was able to get me setup to recover my text to get me to order my new iPhone. When I signed the contract I was told that my iPhone 7 trade in would let me get a SamsungS20 5G FE for free and I would get entire monthly amount back credited. Thid is not the case and I have ended up paying dearly for the new device.. Until now, they have not given me the receipt that says the new phone is worth $350 based on the promotion.. they keep beating about the Bush. They lied again and again and again! Also the rep did not let me know that he did not insert the Sim into the phone. ALSO I had no idea that I had signed for insurance and advances support when I had specifically told him not to sign me up for any additional items in the plan.. Both the Manager and the sales rep keep claiming that they communicated everything when that is far from the truth. The customer service in this store is pathetic. They made me wait for almost 2 hours to get me the new phone and contract because they were fixing issues in their software/device/ system. They kept raising their voice and kept telling me not to raise mine. It was an unfortunate experience for me. Nobody should suffer from these guys. Switched over from our previous provider to atat ended up getting 4 lines. Getting our new phones my girlfriends phone starts glitching and acting up day one. When we go back to the store to have them exchange it they say that we have to go through apple care to get the phone fixed or have it replaced. Little do they know you have to make an appointment with apple you can’t just walk into the store anymore. The stores reasoning of not being able to switch the phones is because it would effect them in they’re systems but it baffles me that they care more about it effecting their store and their policies then their customers since my girlfriend friends not been able to work for a week since the phones been acting up. We made an appointment to some Bestbuy that works with apple and they told us we would have to give them the phone and it could take up to three weeks before we got it back. Unacceptable!!! Ps: I get it’s just apples policy but you guys have a responsibility to shed light to the situation to apple so this doesn’t happen again because it makes the whole experience was not pleasant and has affected our business since we use our phones for work.Response from AT&TJanuary 12, 2021Hi Diego Diaz.
