Hello I Was sitting outside of chipotle with my family and heard yelling. We looked over and saw an african american at&t employee trying to fight a customer around 6pm. He was yelling profanity and i believe he wanted to actually fight this customer. The employee called the customer a b***h a** n word and was ready to fight. Ian is a complete gem of a representative. I was at the store when he was the only one working due to call off. He single handedly helped me and 6 other customers with efficiency and kindness. Worst customer service ever. Three visit and nobody cared to even look at phone. First they told my 95 yr father in law he didn’t pay his bill. Second time they said tower is down. Third time same story about towers. Took phone to store 2 miles away (Park City), phone fixed in 5 minutes. Went back up to Fruitville store and manager could not understand why I was upset. Worst experience, such a shame.
I would like to talk to the manager or a rep from the company about my experience. I took my existing att line and put it on my sisters and was told I couldn't transfer my number. The communication came off as if it was too much of a hassle for them so I felt forced to get a new Number. Which is now causing A LOT of issues because I've had the same number for 20 years. The two gentlemen in the store was very short, rude, and curt. I asked for details on pricing and they wouldn't provide them. Was told I get the $700 trade in credit because of getting the iPhone 12 Pro, but my papers say $220 and he just brushed my inquiry about it off and said "yes just disregard that". So I am very unsure what trade in I got and what my bill will be. If I only got 220, I would not have traded my phone.
