    All the employees were exceptionally helpful and answered all our questions. We transferred 4 lines from a different carrier and Willie and Jonah were very patient and answered all our questions.

    We had to bring my daughter's phone in this past weekend and we met Jonah. We want you at AT&T to know what a stellar employee we found him to be. Jonah spent a lot of time with us helping us figure out what was happening with the phone and going over our options. Additionally he was patient and thorough in getting our new phone set up and all the data transferred. Since we were there for a while, I observed what a responsive and compassionate employee that Jonah is. He helped many customers that came in while we were there, always polite and thorough while at the same time being kind and thoughtful. I can't thank him enough for his help with our phone but also could not let our experience go by without mentioning his exemplary service. You have a great employee there and he should be commended! Yeah Jonah!

    Rude and unhelpful store reps.
    I went into the store today to purchase a new pair of earbuds. There were two employess working with customers, neither said hello and ignored me upon entering that. That is far from normal but I understood that they maybe busy. I picked up my product and heading to check out desk, Both continued to ignore me for close to 10 minutes. I finally went over to one, excused myself for possibly interupting and asked the employee if there was anyone who could check out my transaction. He rudely replied, No, we are the only two here so you need to wait. I asked him to repeat it and when he did I said, I do not have 20 minutes to waste standing here to pay for an item. He essentially shrugged his shoulder when he in fact could have stepped away from the customer for 90 seconds to ring me up. If that is against company policy then maybe a self check out option should be researched. We are long time customers, have 5 lines on a family plan and how I was treated today was unacceptable. Thankfully I went to Verizon, not only was waited on promptly but while there researched their much more competitive plans. Their employee was helpful and assured me that a switch of cell carriers is very easy to do. I am pretty sure we will be switching companies now and your rude employees today are to blame
