***GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE*** anywhere!!! I recently had a very confusing and complicated issue with my DirectTV service.. (DirectTV and At&t are one in the same). I was trying to transfer my Service to my landlord at the same property he would just be a new owner of the Account. The Website made it sound easy it wasn't. I called the 1-800 # for assistance and it was Impossible to get anyone who wasn't just reading from a script. This must have gone on for a week. I was beyond Frustrated with the system. I decided I can't do this on my own. I went into this At&t location and I finally felt like I could take a deep breath because I knew my problem was going to be handled. I was met by Cristi and Barbara. These ladies know their stuff. I explained my situation and I could tell they understood and felt my Frustrations. I spent about an hr in the store and they worked everything out for me. The final step would be for my Landlord to open and email and except the terms (he's not at all Computer Savvy and he ended up voiding everything that we had accomplished) The next day I recieved a call from Cristi telling me of the reversal of our progress but she promised to fix it. Cristi conferenced me in on a call to her Home Office Support team and she worked Tirelessly for over an hr to resolve my issue. Finally it was done. My original contract was out of my name. I no longer had any financial responsibility to this account and my Landlord who initiated the wWole Entire Problem was mow the Responsible Party. I'd like to Thank Cristi and the Entire Team at this location for their Great Customer Service and for going out of their way to resolve this huge headache for me. I can't give them enough Praise... - December 10, 20183 out of 5While they were very responsive, a lot of what we needed we could do ourselves according to the representative. It's frustrating to go in for assistance and be turned around and told you can do it yourself at home. We needed assistance with an iPhone that was stuck on the home screen; we had insurance on the phone, but were told that we could 'do it ourselves at home'. Then we also wanted to disconnect an iPad from the service, but then I was also supposed to do it myself.

- May 15, 20182 out of 5Bought a phone for my elderly sister living in another state. Store personnel had limited ability to offer any assistance at all. I thought the young man took the new phone into the back to set it up for me (I'm also a senior), but when I got home, new phone box was still sealed. Phone had zero charge (unlike the fact the young man said phone was charged) and hadn't been set up at all. I forwarded the phone to my nephew to give to my sister. He had to get AT&T on his phone for assistance setting up my sister's phone. If I knew the store was simply a sales store only and wouldn't/couldn't provide any assistance, I would have gone to the large brick and mortar discount store in the same parking lot as this store where at least the price would have been cheaper.
