- April 13, 20225Brody solved a problem with international connectivity that two very qualified chat people and their supervisors could not solve. After spending 5 hours chatting with these very competent people, while in Europe (Prague), my wife went into the Lynnwood store and Brody figured a hack to restore my international service that everyone at AT&T said would take a miracle to solve. He solved it. I can provide more details if necesary.
