I had only been a customer for one day when my phone had some major screen manufacturing issues that were covered under warranty. I came in expecting to be able to quickly address the issue and swap out phones after talking to customer support on the phone and being told to just go into the store. They even said they made a note on the account about just doing an in-store swap. It was very clear that this would be an easy fix and definitely something that could be handled quickly. I was sadly disappointed with the service at this location. I was told that they could not swap my defective phone that was sent to me unless I paid a restocking fee, and was further told that I would have to pay that fee even though it was not my fault or anything that I had done. The two staff members were not friendly or helpful, and made it abundantly clear that they had no interest in solving the issue. I was told that I had to go to an Apple store to fix the issue which is frankly a huge pain and a long drive. I'm not one to argue and after both of them didn't want to help me I ended up leaving and going to an Apple store. This isn't a review of the Apple store but I was there for about three hours trying to get them to replace the phone. They eventually did and I was finally able to transfer the phone data, but because I was not at an AT&T store the service wouldn't transfer and phone support couldn't assist with an e-sim. I ended up going to a different AT&T store and they quickly fixed the issue and showed that they valued my business. My experience at the other location was the complete opposite of this location.
I am not one to complain about retail service because I don't like to be an annoying customer, but this was just a flat out embarrassment and pathetic representation for the company. I was half tempted to just switch back to my old carrier due to my experience here. Thankfully I went to a different store where I was actually treated like a customer and not just some inconvenience. This store needs to train their employees to want to be helpful and be a good representation of the brand. Considering that this whole issue stemmed from being sent a defective phone and not from me dropping it into a body of water, the level of dismissiveness and rudeness was frankly pathetic. - August 5, 2021

We have had issues from day 1. EXHAUSTED from the decision that was made to switch from Sprint/ T Mobile to AT&T.
I do know the Team I worked with at first did
everything in their power to make things right. Here we are 6 months later my bill is $516.00 a month up from the $160.00 I was guaranteed. I have went though 2 new iPhone 12 Pro Max Apples last update seized the phone) spending hours on gas, time & travel not fun! Not including my daily routine includes 2 step authorization I cannot access. Since, my daughter’s old number was crossed over a her new # that took over a week to fix plus we had to use her Old phone. I never received the credit towards my account after they took my 3 old phones plus the $900 credit towards my account for switching. Since my emails to manager, new manager Corporate Manager have never been resolved My perfect Credit Sprint T-Mobile has been demolished by AT&T not paying my Early termination fees that they promised to pay not only if I spent thousands of dollars & numerous hours in the store on the phone With customer service come to find out my service has been disconnected. Due to nonpayment and them not entering the correct information and following through. anybody has to go through this I feel for them! - July 11, 2021
